Terms of Sale


Here are the details of how we process your order, how and when we ship your order, and other terms and conditions of our sales and return processes. By placing your order with BYADÈLE on this website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to add to or amend the terms and conditions below from time to time.


In the following cases the responsibility of the BYADÈLE can not be engaged :

– Any shortage of stock in textile suppliers.

– Any strikes from delivery services.

– Any computer problem (virus, breakdown, service break, hack).

– Any total or partial destruction of the stock.

– Any global crises that leaves supply chains, global health, or persons within byAdèle unable to process orders.


Made to Order

At BYADÈLE we are able to customize your items through our Made to Order process, creating items that fit you perfectly. However, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Out of Stock

Since many of our products are one-of-a-kind pieces and made from rare or vintage fabrics, our stock is limited. Please contact our customer service at info@by-adele.com as we may have a similar item available that is not yet online.  

While we make every effort to ensure that the items shown online are currently in stock, we cannot guarantee that all products and sizes will be available at the time of processing your order. If we do not have the product or size you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative or refund your payment promptly.

Shipping Orders

We process online orders as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We fill orders from the inventory on hand in our showroom in Berlin.  We ship via DHL daily from Monday to Friday.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order.

If the tracking link provided to you via email does not take you to the correct shipment information, please manually insert your tracking number in DHL Germany.

For international shipments, outside of Germany, your shipment may be transferred to a partner shipping carrier. Please follow the link via DHL Germany to track your shipment to its final destination.  

For all EU deliveries we ship via DHL Standard, which takes approximately 3-10 business days. For other deliveries outside the EU, we caution that delivery times will vary depending on the receiving country (i.e US shipments take a minimum of 2 weeks).

BYADÈLE is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other costs that may be incurred by purchasers outside the EU.


Processing Returns or Exchanges

Please do keep in mind that a majority of our products are made from natural or vintage fabrics and are handmade world-wide. Each item may have its own unique imperfections and tales of its past that carry meaningful stories and livelihoods for each of the individuals connected to this product. 

We are glad to return or exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days from the delivery of your order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. 

All sale items are final and are only exchangeable within 14 days upon receiving the delivery. No refunds are acceptable on sale items. 

BYADÈLE reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without a written approval.
