Returns & Exchanges


Please do keep in mind that all of the items designed at BYADÈLE are produced using 100% natural fibers and handmade with a story to tell.

Please appreciate that each item may have its own unique imperfections. These reveal the tales of origin that carry meaning and sustain livelihoods for each of the individuals connected to these products.

We are glad to return or exchange any full-price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days from the delivery of your order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. 

If your item has been custom made, we are unable to refund your purchase.

All sales are final on sale merchandise.


Returns

If you are considering returning your order, please contact us directly with your order number as the subject before shipping it to us: pauline@by-adele.com

Returns must be made within 7 business days of receiving the item.

If you are interested in returning an item, we ask that the product not be washed, not worn, and kept in its original packaging.

All refunded items will not have their initial shipping charges refunded.

The sender is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns/exchanges. 

Returns are not applicable for Made To Order items.

BYADÈLE reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without preauthorisation. 

We advise our customers to get a tracking number for the returned package as BYADÈLE is not responsible for any return packages getting lost or misplaced.

We ask our clients to cover the shipping expenses if you are interested in returning an item as we try not to encourage returns due to their heavy environmental impact.

Shipping costs for returning items is borne by the customer for environmental reasons related to CO2 emission and do not want to encourage returns.


Exchanges

If you are considering exchanging your order, please contact us with your order number as the subject before shipping it to us: contact@by-adele.com

Exchanges must be made within 7 business days of receiving the item.

If you are interested in exchanging an item, we ask that the product not be washed, not worn, and kept in its original packaging.

For items wish to exchange, you may do so for the same style in an alternative size or color. Shipping for the exchange of the same style will be covered by BYADÈLE. However, shipping costs for returning items is borne by the customer. 

If you are interested in returning your item for a different style you must purchase the new item online and return in your original purchase separately. You will be refunded once your item has returned to the showroom. 

Exchanges are based on stock availability and are not applicable for Made To Order items.

Sale Items

No returns or exchanges are acceptable on sale or discounted items.


Refunds if Applicable

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your return will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.


International Returns

If you are considering returning your order, you MUST contact us directly with your order number as the subject, before shipping it to us: contact@by-adele.com

International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. 

Please understand that we are working with german customs officials and therefore are required to ask our customers for specific documents upon return of their order.

Please mark on the return address the information that follows:

  • A copy of the invoice sent to you upon purchase 

  • Mark as returned goods 

  • Add value of item without shipping cost on the return label 


We will not process or be held responsible for any returns that have not contacted us via email prior to shipment.
