Shipping & Handling


We process online orders as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of your order. For Made to Order, please leave a window of 10 business days before your garment leaves our showroom.

We fill orders from the inventory on hand in Berlin.

We ship via DHL daily from Monday through Friday.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping for all Europe Orders

  • For international shipping we will be charging a fee of 25€

  • For pick up at the Berlin showroom, please write us an email at info@by-adele.com to arrange a pickup date

  • For express shipping, please contact us at info@by-adele.com 

A portion of the shipping funds are used to off-set the carbon emissions and are donated to Plant Trees!


Shipping Time

For all EU orders, we ship via DHL Standard, which takes approximately 3-10 business days. For other orders outside the EU, we caution that delivery times will vary depending on the receiving country (i.e, US shipments typical take approximately of 2 weeks).


International Shipping

Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. For more information, contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, due to custom regulations, we cannot deliver to Russia.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order.

If the tracking link provided to you via email does not take you to the correct shipment information, please manually insert your tracking number in DHL Germany.

For international shipments, outside of Germany, your shipment may be transferred to a partner shipping carrier. Please follow the new link by following the instructions via DHL Germany to track your shipment to its final destination. 


Un-deliverable Packages

Orders refused or deemed un-deliverable by DHL will be returned to our showroom. We will contact you via email before sending your order back or cancelling the order.
