At BYADÈLE we aim to dress each future bride in a dress that fits as seamlessly and timelessly into every occasion and any event. Our goal is to make gowns that carry beauty as well as a story of sustainability and transparency.

INHOUSE BRIDAL CONSULTATIONS

Brides that are interested in one of the dresses available at BYADÈLE can book an appointment at the atelier via phone or email. This will allow you to have a one-on-one private fitting experience with Adèle. We don’t charge a fee for your appointment but we require that you arrive on time and give us at least 48 hours notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 50 €.

Each appointment lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. During this time you can try on several wedding dresses. With Covid restrictions, we only allow the bride plus 2 guests, and everyone must wear masks. We recommend that you bring nude-colored underwear, seamless spanxs, a strapless bra, and appropriate shoes in the style you could imagine wearing at your wedding. Taking photos in the dresses is allowed and encouraged. A refreshing beverage or tea will be served during your appointment. If the final dress is selected, we will celebrate your decision with a glass of champagne.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY DRESS?

Please order your dress within 3-6 months prior to your wedding this ensures that your dress can be produced, delivered, and fitted in enough time. If you are ordering less than 3 months less than your wedding date additional rush fees apply.

TRY ON AT HOME SERVICE

You can try on our collection in the comfort of your own home. You can loan up to 3 of the BYADÈLE Bridal Collection. Adèle will be on standby to virtually assist you while trying on our gowns. We will be there to help you find the perfect fit, sizing, and customization options. 

To be eligible for this service, give us a call or send us an email to get to know you and your wedding plans. During this consultation, Adèle will recommend dresses for you based on your style and preferences and answer all of your questions. 

The dresses must be returned within 5 working days after you receive them. Shipping there is included in the price. One-third of the price of the items chosen will be charged before dresses are loaned as a security measure. Also, a loan contract will need to be signed by the customer. 

If you do not move forward with any of the dresses, we will refund you 25% of your deposit. If you move forward with the dresses, the deposit will be put towards the dress's total price. We hope this will help you find the ethically made dress of your dreams.

TRAVEL FEE

If you would like an at-home fitting with Adèle and our tailor to get the best advice and discuss further adjustments at your apartment, we can easily accommodate any Berlin-based future brides. We charge 175 € for a 1.15-hour fitting.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask you to cancel any Bridal Appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we have to charge a fee of 50 € to brides who do not give us 48 hours’ notice. Before that, you can cancel your appointment at any time free of charge. Cancellations should be requested by email or phone call. Thank you for your understanding.

ALTERATION SERVICE

Our seamster Hanna will do all alterations needed at our atelier in Berlin. Since the dress will be ordered to your closest size, few alterations should be required. However, alterations can vary for each bride. Therefore any major changes are not included in the purchase price of the dress. Please budget 150€ for any large alteration made.

DESIGN SERVICE FEE

If a bride would like a custom dress, the charge starts from 1,500 € and up to 3,000 € per dress. If the bride would like to make design changes to one of the existing dresses, the additional fee of 500 € will be charged.

CHANGING SIZE FEE

Any small adjustments, such as hip and waist sizes within 2cm, will be free of charge. Larger adjustments will accrue a fee of 150 €. All brides will sign a waiver stating that their measurements are correct and if any changes in size may occur between the taking of the measurements and the final fitting, the bride is responsible for the cost of the alteration.

PAYMENT TERMS

We only accept payment via Paypal or online payment with credit or debit card. Once the decision about your dress is made, a 50% deposit upon purchase will be required. The remaining 50% should be paid once your dress is made. If your wedding is less than 3 months away, full payment will be required. Additionally, a 200€ rush fee will have to be paid.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of custom-made dresses, items can not be exchanged or returned. All sales are final.
